Job Summary

• We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Attendants/Cashiers at our supermarket in Abuja.
• The ideal candidates should be attentive, able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, POS, and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are neatly arranged.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow all company policies, including hygiene, safety, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE/WAEC/NECO).
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
