Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive smartphone sales across our retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers to promote and sell smartphones and related products.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right device to suit their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.
- Stay updated on the latest smartphone trends, features, and competitive products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/NCE; a Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn about new smartphone models.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
