Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand Vendaw’s customer base and enhance customer retention.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients across various sectors, including fashion, beauty, electronics, and more.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Vendaw’s platform benefits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customer sign-ups.

Customer Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly engage with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a high retention rate.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market research.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract and retain customers.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
