Job Role

  • We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support a Netherlands-based client with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
  • This flexible part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured, time-bound engagements and can consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • You’ll be expected to work 3–4 full days (8 hours/day) every 2–3 weeks, totaling approximately 30 hours per month.

Responsibilities

  • Handle email and chat support inquiries with clarity and empathy.
  • Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage calendars.
  • Maintain organized digital records and update client databases.
  • Prepare simple reports and summaries in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Follow up on client or customer queries and escalate where needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client needs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
  • 1 – 3 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a customer-facing support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Trello, and CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability during CET business hours on working days.
