Job Description

As a YouTube Video Content Creator for Bolabi Media, you will:

• We’re seeking a talented and innovative YouTube Video Content Creator to join our team and help us grow our brand’s presence on YouTube.
• Plan, script, and produce high-quality videos for our YouTube channel.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to our audience.
• Edit videos using industry-standard tools to ensure they meet platform standards and align with our brand’s voice.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop content ideas and strategies that drive engagement and subscriptions.
• Optimize video content for search (SEO) to maximize reach and visibility.
• Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, challenges, and tools to create viral content.
• Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 2 – 5 years work experience.
• Has proven experience creating YouTube video content (provide links to your portfolio or channel).
• Is skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Has strong knowledge of YouTube analytics and understands audience engagement strategies.
• Possesses excellent storytelling skills and creativity.
• Is comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects.
• Has a good eye for visuals and understands video composition and lighting.
• Can generate unique and innovative ideas to captivate audiences.
• Is a self-starter with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in media, film production, or a related field.
• Experience growing a YouTube channel with measurable success.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for cross-promotion.
