Qualification
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management and Administration.
Experience
- 3-5 years experience as a HR/ADMIN Officer.
Knowledge / Skills Needed:
Interested applicant must be conversant with
- Staff recruitment
- Appraisal coordination
- Staff Compensations and benefits.
- Staff employment profiling and documentation.
- Creating job description for all staff.
- Follow up on staff discipline and Quality Management.
- Handle all administrative responsibility of the company.
- Routing visit to branches to sort out HR and administrative issues.
- Staff training.
