Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who will be instrumental in creating exceptional candidate experiences through the implementation of effective systems and structures. We are looking for a highly engaged professional to lead and optimize our talent acquisition processes. Additionally, we need a creative thinker who can develop and maintain sourcing and recruiting strategies, with a strong focus on high-tech recruiting practices and full process utilization. You will be responsible for tracking and maintaining talent metrics, reporting, and analysis to ensure the most efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and monitor sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Collaborate on the design, planning, and execution of employer branding activities.
- Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors.
- Manage employee referral programs.
- Identify unique and creative techniques for sourcing candidates.
- Ensure the team executes selection processes, including conducting interviews and screening calls.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
- Develop procedures to enhance the candidate experience.
- Propose measures for improving employee retention.
- Attend career fairs, college events, and similar gatherings.
- Manage and report recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Familiarity with various selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
- A collaborative team player with strong motivational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
