Job Description
- Our client seeks to engage the services of an experienced Administrative Officer preferably an accountant to help efficiently run the organization on a day-to-day basis managing the organization’s customer service, personnel, and administrative activities.
- Ideal Candidate must possess excellent business writing skills, ability to manage people with tact and diplomacy, must be reliable, a person of integrity with strong hospitality skills and manage company information with utmost confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
- Ability to use different accounting software’s such as sage e.t.c
- Make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company’s finances.
- Responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing budget forecasts
- Processing tax payments and returns.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Manage office budget.
- Assist with managing of projects.
- Manage all customer service activities.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
- Manage all staff to ensure they deliver on their job objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience as an Accountant / office manager
- Must be staying in Ikeja or its environs.
- Ability to use different accounting software.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly Gross.
