Job Description
- Compile and sort invoices, bills and checks.
- Prepare vouchers, bills, invoices and checks.
- Verify documents substantiating business transactions.
- Generate estimates and verify totals.
- General Ledger research and reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts statements every month.
- Prepare, reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements.
- Assist in preparation of balance sheet, budgets and projection statements.
Requirements
- Candidates must know how to use microseft word and excel quite well.
- He/She must pay attention to details.
