Job Title: Account Officer/Administrative Officer
Locations: Ikorodu and Mushin – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments and ensure that all entries are correct and up to date.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company records aign with bank statements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in monitoring budget allocations and expenditures to ensure financial discipline.
- Input financial data into accounting software and maintain financial databases.
Salary
N60,000 monthly.
