Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Lekki.
  • The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and analyzing financial data.
  • The Accountant will also work closely with our internal finance team and report to the CFO.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to prepare financial statements and reports
  • Experience in tax preparation and filing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAN, or CPA are a plus
