Title: Accountant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Lekki.
- The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and analyzing financial data.
- The Accountant will also work closely with our internal finance team and report to the CFO.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks, SAP, etc.)
- Ability to prepare financial statements and reports
- Experience in tax preparation and filing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAN, or CPA are a plus
