Role Overview
- We seek a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage the front desk, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
- Assist clients and employees with inquiries and requests.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Effectively communicate administrative information to team members and other departments.
Qualifications
- Currently serving Corps Member (NYSC) / Fresh Graduate.
- A relevant Degree in Administration
- Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
