Job Description
- Receive Visitors, and incoming memos/mails and take notes during meetings.
- Filing/Archiving
- Management of petty cash operation
- Administration of Events/programs
- Inventory Management
- Travel Management
- Office cleaners Management
Qualifications / Experience:
- A University Degree or its equivalent in Social / Behavioral / Medical / Sciences or a related field of study
- A minimum of one year of working experience post-NYSC
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management.
- Ability to document and maintain information on program management.
- Excellent MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
