CoKitchen Workspace, a leading cloud kitchen, is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team for the following position:
Title: Admin/HR Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, such as phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Help foster a positive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
- 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a recruitment firm is an added advantage.
- Commutable distance to Lekki Phase 1.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly
