Job Description

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, exit.
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Maintain Employee files
  • Maintain inventory and consumables levels.
  • Ensure the office in clean and the cleaners.
  • Type, format, edit correspondence, papers, reports and proposals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Past experience as HR/Admin Intern
  • Good with MS Suit.
  • Proximity to the job location is key.

Remuneration

  • N60,000 Monthly.
