Title: Admin Manager
Location: Ogun
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including administrative assistants and support staff.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and manage executive schedules as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management as required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
