Job Responsibilities
- Good record keeping and documentation
- Facility Management and general housekeeping
- General administration: management of office supplies, stationaries etc
- Assist in coordinating events and meetings, take minutes of meetings
- Ensure 100 percent compliance to Health and Safety regulations.
- Provide general secretarial support where necessary to the HR/Admin department
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree or HND in social sciences or relevant course
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Vast knowledge and usage of Microsoft office packages
