Title: Administration and Due Diligence Officer
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Main Duties
- Carry out due diligence checks on all third-party applicants and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the programme management team.
- Support third parties with any queries related to due diligence
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations
- Create and maintain a compliance dashboard that enables the tracking and measurement of compliance and ensure other operational trackers such as the supplier database are maintained
- Support the programme management team in drafting contracts for employees, consultants and sub-contractors
- Work with the programme management and legal teams to mitigate potential contracting risks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess minimum of Bachelor’s Degrees with relevant work experience.
Aptitude and skills:
- You must have experience and a proven track record of working in a compliance, legal, finance or risk function
- Some experience working with contracts preferred
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to perform other functions as directed
- Proven written and oral communication skills in a range of formats (briefings, reports, summaries etc.) and to a range of audiences
- Proven capacities to quickly familiarise with new procedures
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, Word, PowerPoint).
