Administrative and technical support officer at Radio Now 95.3 FM

• We are looking for an Administrative and technical support officer who will provide support to the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation/ running of the Radio station.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide support in coordinating the planning, execution and tracking of special projects or organisational initiatives
• Ensure timelines are met and relevant documentation is done
• Managing confidential information securely
• Record management
• Internal and External engagement

OUR PREFERRED CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING;

• A fast learner who is flexible in adapting to changes
• Ability to communicate and engage effectively
• Quick thinking and the ability to handle unexpected issues
• Efficiently manage time and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to use excel and presentation of report are critical
• Technical Support to ensure smooth operation of the station

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Management or related field
• Recently completed NYSC with 1-2 years Experience
• Interest in Media will be an advantage
