Requirements / Responsibilities

  • HND or B.Sc in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or other related Social sciences.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 3 years post graduation work experience.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and possess strong work ethic.
  • Work closely with unit heads and team members todevelop strategy to gain departmental effectiveness/efficiency.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory.
  • Work closely with recruitment team, during recruiting exercise.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an Off-site work location.
  • Required to work weekends, but work schedule is weather dependent, so flexibility is highly encouraged.
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
  • Understand and comply with Company policies and procedures.

Salary
N70,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
