Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
