Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
