Job Summary

• We are searching for a dedicated and well-organized individual to join our team as a Long-Term Remote Administrative Assistant Specialist.
• As a Remote Administrative Assistant Specialist, you will be in charge of remotely assisting our clients with administrative activities.

Salary: $34 an hour

Responsibilities

• Manage client files and maintain accurate records
• Perform data entry and create reports
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of clients
• Conduct research and compile data as needed
• Assist with project coordination and management
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred, but not required
