Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- The Administrative Assistant / PA is responsible for providing personalized secretarial support, handling various administrative, logistical and personal tasks in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support – Managing calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Task and Time Management – Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend meetings and taking minutes
- Following up on action points from meetings.
- Communication Management – Drafting, Typing and editing correspondences
- Handling personal tasks like making reservations, running errand, logistics.
- Sourcing Office supplies
- Devising and Maintain office filing system.
- Making travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of line manager.
- Conducting/Preparing research as requested.
- Prepare communications on behalf of the line manager.
- Handling confidential information
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the line manager
Qualification, Experience, Skills & Competences
Education and Work Experience:
- First degree (Bachelor) in Secretarial Studies, English or any other related discipline
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
Competences and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Accurate reporting and planning skills
- Ability to proofread documents to a high standard
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent record keeping and file management skills.
