Role Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (Volunteer) to join our team.
- The Administrative Assistant will support our daily office operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists and handle email correspondence.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and volunteers.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and training sessions.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- At least a diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
