Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible and innovative Administrative coordinator to work for 35 – 43 hours weekly on a shift basis. (Mornings and Evenings).
Responsibilities
You will handle the following responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and respond to email, memos, lettersand forms
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Social media savvy
- Basic data Entry Skills
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Excellent Written communication
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
- A fast learner
- Ability to work with little supervision.
