Job Description

  • We are looking for a responsible and innovative Administrative coordinator to work for 35 – 43 hours weekly on a shift basis. (Mornings and Evenings).

Responsibilities
You will handle the following responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and respond to email, memos, lettersand forms
  • Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Social media savvy
  • Basic data Entry Skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Written communication
  • Attention to details and problem solving skills
  • A fast learner
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
