Title: Administrative/Customer Service Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Administrative / Customer Service Officer shall oversee administrative and customer service tasks in the school and ensure that the organization runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage School Daily Operations
• Record and track school data
• Handle budgets and logistics, and keep all educational programs running.
• Serve as the Client operating officer/front desk officer with excellent
• communication skill.
• Supervise care of the facility for safety and quality of physical condition.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards
• Support the Head Teacher with Designing, implementing and monitoring the school calendar .
• Handle all correspondences.
• Work with stakeholders (Parents) to participate in programs
• Update the school’s social media handles.
• Manage school security, caretakers, and other ground staff.
• Assist with the hiring, recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
• Any other responsibilities required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in school administration or a similar role.
• Experience in managing school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Experience in human resources management, including recruitment and professional development.
• Understanding of educational regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes

Salary
N80,0000 – N100,000 per month.
