Title: Administrative/Facilities Officer

Summary of Job Function
- Responsible for performing administrative/facilities functions in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly training participants needs and office consumables by liaising with internal and external contacts
- Set up and maintain filing systems
- Handling incoming mails and correspondences
- Performing of clerical tasks
- Book and schedule flights for staff and clients
- Procure/purchase materials(tangible & intangible) needed for smooth office operations
- Preparing and managing correspondences, report and document
- Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure the office facilities are always clean
- Schedule cleaning routine for the cleaners
- Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
- Responsible for office renovation
Qualification
- BSc / HND Degree holder related to the Job field
- A minimum of 3-5 years is required
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Applicant must be age 25-35
- Good communication(written and Oral) skills
Salary
- N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
