Job Title: Administrative/Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a highly skilled Admin/Front desk Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with administrative software.
  • The successful candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall productivity and effectiveness of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain company records databases, and filing systems.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items for meetings.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with administrative software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal Skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
