Job Title: Administrative/Human Resource Officer

Location: Owerri, Imo

Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring proper inventory levels.
  • Manage office procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Provide support for employee training and development programs.
