Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative and Human Resource Support professional to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the hospital Administrator to coordinate the organization’s administration system to ensure daily office operations are performed seamlessly and in an efficient manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the daily human resource activities of the organization.
  • This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and coordinate administrative tasks
  • Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures.
  • Manage office supplies, ensure proper inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements, and collaborate with the procurement team for efficient stock purchasing.
  • Conduct regular audits, implement inventory control procedures, and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations while ensuring compliance with storage and quality standards.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and personnel files with utmost confidentiality.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and support employee inquiries.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to other members of the team on HR processes and activities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3 – 4 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in Administration and Human Resource support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
