Job Summary
- We are thrilled to announce a job opportunity for the role of Administrative Manager at Cozym Limited. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient operation of our administrative functions and providing support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Ensure the proper functioning of office technology, including computers, printers, telecommunication systems, and other equipment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement, inventory control, and maintenance.
- Oversee workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including building repairs, renovations, and security systems.
- Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with overall organizational goals and objectives.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative functions.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of important documents, records, and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation for employees or guests.
- Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and evaluating their performance.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the administrative budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Manage all operating expenses within the company’s established limits.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess HND/Bachelor’s Degrees. 5 years of progressive experience in HR, Operations, and Administration roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Proven experience in administrative management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in human resource management will be an added advantage.
