Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies management and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses and manage petty cash, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
• Plan and execute in-store events, promotions and sales initiatives to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
• Prepare monthly report on adminand social media activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 – 4 years experience in an administrative role
• OND / HND in Business Administration or related fields
• Excellent organizational, communication, strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and a customer focused mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly
