Suitable individuals are being sought by a nanny recruitment agency in Onikan, Lagos, to fill the following position:
Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Onikan, Lagos
Job Description
- Process Client Requests
- Attending to Clients physically and virtually
- Checking schedules are up to date.
- Reporting weekly and monthly to the management.
- Taking phone calls from clients, candidates and domestic staff
- Communicating internally important feedback from Clients.
- Dealing with and responding to emails.
- Deal with incoming Client enquiries and compile daily administrative activities
- Coordinate staff including domestic staff
- Liaise with Regulatory Bodies.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND Graduate particularly in Business Administration or related discipline
- 0-1 year post NYSC experience
- Must reside within Onikan axis.
Skill Set:
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills
- Knowledge in use of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Pdf, PowerPoint, etc.)
- An administrative background.
- Must be detail oriented.
