Job Brief

  • Our client is hiring an Administrative Officer to strategically support the business by managing the day to day activities of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare detailed administrative budget.
  • Maintain conducive working environment.
  • Vehicles must be cleaned and documentations up to date.
  • Respond to enquiries from walking customers.
  • Maintain inventory log to ascertain current items and the reorder level.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Management discipline.
  • 1 – 2 years working experience as an Admin Officer
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office suites
  • Excellent Communication skills

Salary
N80,000 monthly
