Job Description 

  • We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to all department.
  • This position is essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation at our company.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the company.
  • Generate report when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Good numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
