Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Administrative Officer is responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring that facilities are safe and well-functioning, while reducing operating cost.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing all the fixed assets of the company, including, installation, maintenance, repairs, tagging, security and record keeping.
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Inspecting and fixing sewing machine, electrical and plumbing matters.
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Managing janitorial duties and waste disposal systems.
- Overseeing demands from local government agencies, including levies and rates.
- Overseeing refurbishments and renovations and undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of fuel.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree with a minimum two years experience in the role or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify production bottlenecks, analyze production data and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in the use of MS office suites
- Proximity to IKOSI-KETU is a plus.
