Job Description

• Overseeing and Managing Scheduling of clients.
• Responsible for the day-to-day task management.
• Ensuring availability of adequate resources for the practice’s growth.
• Engaging corporate and health organizations for collaborations that benefit the practice such as retainerships – drawing up proposals, negotiation of tariffs.
• ⁠Management of an effective patient redress system.
• Driving practice growth and patient retention through innovative means.
• Develop clinic budget, making requisitions and managing logistics and inventory of clinic resources.
• Analyzing and interpreting the facility’s data and presentation to the management for decision making processes.
• Monthly Medical Claims management.
• All other duties as assigned.
