Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone email
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Assistance with the administration of legal documentation
- Complete credit and reference checks as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Master’s Degree / NCE / OND / PhDs / Doctorates qualification.
