Job Title: Administrative/Process Compliance Officer

Location: Jos, Plateau

Job Summary

  • The Admin / Process Compliance Officer will oversee administrative functions and ensure that all operational processes comply with established policies and regulations.
  • This role involves coordinating office activities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure process efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.
  • Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
