Job Title: Administrative/Process Compliance Officer

Job Summary
- The Admin / Process Compliance Officer will oversee administrative functions and ensure that all operational processes comply with established policies and regulations.
- This role involves coordinating office activities, implementing process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general office management.
- Provide support during regulatory inspections and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative and compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
