Job Description
- The Admin/Procurement Officer supports the Advertising Account Manager by handling administrative tasks and managing procurement activities.
- This role ensures efficient office operations and the timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for successful advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Advertising Account Manager with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and organize travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, memos, and emails.
- Source and procure goods and services required for advertising campaigns.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and prices.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services in accordance with campaign schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure necessary supplies are available.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for all procurement activities.
- Oversee general office operations, including facility management and office supplies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in administrative and procurement roles,
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Salary
