Job Description
- We seek to hire independent and result driven Agent relationship Managers for the following Cities; Abuja and Kano.
- As an Agent relationship manager, you will onboard agents, train and brand locations, ensure Agents actively transact, while also driving up sales to meet set targets.
What You’ll do
- Cultivate lasting relationships with Agents to grow loyalty.
- Promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Drive Merchants to optimize usage of the terminals.
- Ensure optimal usage of all devices and channels.
- Acquire Agents within and outside your region.
- Ensure always 80% of terminals deployed are actively utilized.
- Ensure Agents are adequately supported.
- Report directly to the Head, Business development
- Make weekly reports.
- Builds self to ensure adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales target (terminal deployment and transaction.
What we’re looking for
- B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related field.
- 3+ years experience in Agent relationship management.
- Excellent relationship skills and merchant network.
- Excellent network of contacts in the retail sector.
- Proven track record on sales specifically in the retail sector.
Salary
N90,000 – N150,000 Monthly (Basic pay and commission based).
