Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate is to maintain and preserve documented information in an appropriate manner using electronic archiving applications.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing, cataloguing physical and electronic materials as well as providing access to the electronic documents in the e-archive application.
- He/she will engage in research activities to improve information system techniques and attend to general enquiries relating to archival or physical materials.
Education
- Degree in Library Studies / Sciences, or a similar field
- Experience: Previous work experience as a Librarian or performing office support in a Library.
- Relevant qualification/knowledge of library database or systems.
