Job Description
- Support function for Advertising and Marketing Management for the IAM portfolio of Stanbic IBTC covering IAM entities including Asset Management, Insurance Brokers, Insurance (Life), Pensions and Trustees.
- To support in the delivery of real value to the IAM portfolio of Stanbic IBTC by executing against the given marketing and communication strategy and plan
- To support in the development of Brand and Marketing campaign and collateral
- To manage relevant stakeholder relationships effectively and efficiently
- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Brand and Marketing within the IAM Marketing team as well as the larger Marketing & Communications department.
To support the IAM Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing strategy for IAM , specifically:
- Creating demand for IAM products across all communication channels
- Maintaining top of the mind awareness for all IAM products
- To take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects as assigned – with a view to ensuring timely and effective completion against clearly defined objectives (and KPIs)
- Ensuring timely reporting across all entities for projects and ongoing BAU activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- First Degree, preferably in Marketing
- Master’s Degree in Marketing or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
