Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Office Manager and other senior staff members. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized and tidy office space, ensuring supplies are stocked, equipment is in working order, and all office facilities are well-maintained.
- Staff Coordination: Assist in coordinating and communicating with various departments to facilitate interdepartmental cooperation and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to track important information, invoices, and documents.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, displaying a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Finance Support: Collaborate with the finance team to handle basic financial tasks, such as expense reporting, budget tracking, and processing invoices.
- Human Resources: Aid in HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees, managing leave requests, and maintaining employee records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with basic financial and human resources tasks is a plus.
Remuneration
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
