Role Description

• This is a full-time role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at The Startup Place Ltd. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This is an on-site role located in Lekki.

Qualifications

• Cost Control and Cost Management skills
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and analysis skills
• Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
• Knowledge of construction and project management
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as RICS or AIQS are a plus

Remuneration

• N120,000 – N150,000
