Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Tutorial Administrator to support in seeing to the day to day running of a newly opened tutorial center that runs registration and lectures for O’Level, A’Level as well as professional examinations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the administrator to conduct in-depth school day to day analysis for management, evaluating key performance of staff, monitoring sales trends, and advising management from time to time.
  • Assist the administrator to build and maintain strong relationships with parents/clients, understanding their unique challenges and demands/needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various O’level (WAEC, GCE, NECO, NABTEB),A’Level (IJMB, JUPEB, CAMBRIDGE, NABTEB) and Professional (ATSWA, ICAN, ACCA, CIPM, etc) programmes, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance to clients and advise to management.
  • Assist the administrator to prepare and present reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of NCE or OND (IT Student)
  • 0 – 2 years work experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients.
  • Knowledge of school products and services.
  • Applicants should reside within Egbe-Idimu or Ikotun-Igando LCDA.
