Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related disciplines with 4 – 8 years relevant work experience.
- Professional accounting qualification ICAN/ACCA.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, IPSAS Auditing standards, CAMA, and other local/ International laws as may be applicable.
- External Audit experience in both the Public & Private sectors is a must.
- Must have worked, or currently working with an Audit Firm.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Knowledgeable of technical trends in the industry
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and constantly meet deadlines
- Knowledge of risk and process management
- Must have integrity within a professional environment.
