Title: Back End Developer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilize expertise in fintech frameworks, particularly the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), to build scalable and maintainable applications
- Contribute to database design and maintenance
- Implement unit tests (e.g., JUnit) and integration tests to maintain code quality
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices for software development
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software
- Apply security best practices in software development to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data
- Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Java development in the fintech sector.
- Proficiency in Java 8 or Higher
- Proven experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and relational databases.
- Understanding of financial concepts and products.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with the AWS cloud.
