Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Backend Developer (Node.js) for NimbleByte Global on a 3 months renewable contract.
- The successful candidate will work as part of a team developing applications and services using Agile development methods.
- The work mode is remote.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and product managers, to create robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Implement security and data protection solutions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Node.js Developer.
Job Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Some knowledge of C# .NET WebApi.
- Experience with cloud services with Azure and Google cloud.
- Very strong database experiences with MongoDB, CosmosDB, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
N400,000 – N700,000 monthly.
