We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Biller Product Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Compare the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market.
- Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from management.
- Review and adjust inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and consumers of the company’s products.
- Familiar with the Vas (Biller) product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge (Airtime, Data, Electricity, Betting, etc).
- Ability to write requirements documentation, communicate with IT developers, and urge it to go live on time.
- Ability to maintain keen attention to detail, especially on response code, and fix error response code as soon as possible.
- A natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative.
- Team player who collaborates well with others.
- Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
